As family members arrive in Pine Bluff and get settled into their hotels, we invite you to stop by the Registration Meet & Greet to officially kick off the reunion weekend. This gathering is your first opportunity to reconnect and get everything you’ll need for the days ahead.

At check-in, you’ll receive your Welcome Package, which includes:

​

• Your Jasper Family Reunion t-shirt(s) (purchased at registration)

• Printed itinerary and physical map with all reunion events, times, and locations

• Jasper Family History Booklet, created especially for this reunion

​

The Family History Booklet is a keepsake we will carry forward at future reunions. It will feature tribute ads from family members honoring loved ones and remembering those who have passed on, allowing their stories and legacies to live on within our family.

Tribute & Memorial Ads

Family members may purchase a tribute during registration:

• Full Page: $100

• Half Page: $60

• Quarter Page: $40

These ads are a meaningful way to celebrate, honor, and remember our loved ones while contributing to a lasting family tradition.

After checking in, take time to relax, catch up with family, and ease into the weekend. Board games, card games, and light activities will be available, creating a casual and welcoming atmosphere as we reconnect and celebrate being together again.
